Scott
was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He attended
the University of California at Berkeley and graduated with
a B.A. in Political Science in 1991. He spent 10 years in
the public and private sectors before joining our staff in
2001. He met his wife, Mariam, at Cal. They married in 1992
and have 4 children, Joseph (1997), Matthew (1997), Katherine
(2001) and Nicholas (2004).
Dawn
Payne is a fifth generation Californian and a Bay Area native.
She has been a member of Grace Bible Church since 2000. She
graduated from UC Davis in 1997 with a B.S. in Nutrition and
worked in sales for five years before coming to work for Grace
in 2005. She currently lives in Walnut Creek.
